This Privacy Policy explains how Fetch ("Fetch," "we," "us," or "our"), operated by David Varela (to be transferred to a limited liability company), collects, uses, and protects information when you use gofetch.tech. By using Fetch, you agree to this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us

• Account information: your name, email address, and password when you sign up.
• Business information: your company name, the cities you work in, your services, your pitch and outreach templates, and similar settings you enter.
• Payment information: when paid plans are active, your billing is handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number. Stripe provides us limited information such as your subscription status and the last four digits of your card.
• Communications: messages you send us for support or feedback.

Information we generate or collect automatically

• Usage data: how you use Fetch, such as scans run, messages drafted, features used, and activity timestamps, which we use to enforce plan limits and improve the service.
• Technical data: basic log information such as IP address, browser type, and access times, used for security and to keep the service running.

Listing and agent information

• Fetch retrieves information from publicly available real estate listings for the markets you choose, which may include property details and the listing agent's publicly listed contact information. This is used to provide the core service to you.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use information to: provide and operate Fetch; create and manage your account; generate leads, outreach drafts, and call scripts for you; enforce your plan's usage limits; process subscriptions and payments through Stripe; provide support and respond to feedback; keep Fetch secure and prevent abuse; improve our features; and send you important service messages (such as updates, changes, or billing notices).

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

• Service providers who help us operate Fetch, under agreements that require them to protect it: for example, Stripe (payments), our hosting/server provider, and the AI provider that generates scoring and drafts.
• Legal reasons: if required by law, legal process, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
• Business transfers: if Fetch is merged, acquired, or its assets transferred (for example, to the LLC that will operate Fetch), your information may transfer as part of that.

4. AI Processing

Fetch uses third-party AI services to score listing photos and generate outreach drafts. Relevant information (such as listing details and your pitch) is sent to that provider to produce those results. We use providers that process this data to deliver the service.

5. Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide Fetch. If you delete your account, we delete or de-identify your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we must keep it for legal, tax, security, or fraud-prevention reasons.

6. Your Choices and Rights

• You can view and update your account and business information in your settings.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time.
• You can request that we delete your account and associated personal information by contacting us at david@skylinelistingco.com.
• Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights (such as accessing, correcting, or deleting your data, or objecting to certain processing). To exercise any right, contact us and we will respond as required by applicable law.

7. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including handling all card data through Stripe's secure systems so it never reaches our servers, and storing credentials and keys securely. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

Fetch is for business use by people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Third-Party Services

Fetch links to and works with third-party services (such as WhatsApp, your SMS app, email, and Stripe). Their handling of your information is governed by their own privacy policies, not this one. We encourage you to review them.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy. If we make material changes, we will notify you (for example, by posting in the app or by email). The "Last updated" date shows when it last changed.
